      Pros

      I joined Pamten recently. The Management and HR teams are excellent and very trustworthy. The HR team is prompt in reply & helps you out on each step of onboarding and immigration. They have a strong Immigration Team. Trust & transparency makes it a good place to work. Pay is on time. I am glad that I am part of Pamten.

      Pros

      On-time payment and never miss salary, very good HR team always responsive. They have a very Strong Immigration Team and Lawyers who will take care of everything you need. Their sales team is also very aggressive and good.

      Cons

      Onboarding is easy but lots of things are not consolidated which is being worked on. People from Full time to contracting may feel initial hurdles especially immigrants.

      Pros

      I started working with Pamten from June20 during pandemic time and I can confidently say they have best immigration team, took care of my H1B petition and other things. They treat their employees as one big family and it's easy to get in touch with higher management. Some of the other pros are on time payment, good client relationship.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think off.
