      Pros

      Pamten is a Software Development and Consulting Company where you have opportunity to work for clients as consultant being a full time employee of Pamten or Work for it’s own software products as per your qualifications. CEO and Management is quite friendly and treats employees as their family members, they maintain one to one relationship with employees. It has Good Ethics and Fulfills Promises made to you. It’s marketing team is very good to find the consultants the best opportunities as per their qualification and requirements. Payroll team is very accurate, Prompt and helpful in payroll calculations. HR Team is Quite helpful like documentation and guidance for insurance etc, and Last but not least, Legal Team is very good for perfect Documentation for immigration. My overall opinion is Pamten is a great company to work for long term.

      Pros

      I have been working with PamTen for more than 3 years. I like the way they schedule conference calls every month to discuss the updates about Payroll, new opportunities, Immigration issues etc. PamTen has an excellent HR and Immigration teams. Their response is very quick when their employees are in need of any kind of information. I would strongly recommend any one to join PamTen Inc.

      Pros

      I have been with Pamten since 2.5 years and had very good experience so far. They are very quick and responsive for any kind of employee concerns. Anytime I had a concern, they were able to quickly sort the issues and provide the right guidance. Their HR and immigration teams do a wonderful job too. Whenever there are any regulatory updates/changes to immigration, they'd always schedule calls over the weekend and brief the employees on the status updates. I would strongly recommend anyone to join Pamten if you are looking for a good employer who can take care of you and live a hassle free life in the US. Thank you Pamten team for everything. Wishing you good luck in all the future endeavors.
