      1. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 2. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. 3. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn......Grass root exposure. 4. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. 5. For me, it is the best company to work with who not only motivates juniors and middle staff but also helps in every manner in all aspects of growth. 6. Totally happy & satisfied.

      Pros

      PamTen supports non profit organization, Sofkin. PamTen has very good clients to work with. always pays on time. Employee activities, recognizations are good.

      They don't delay on the salaries.

      Cons

      Lot of Pressure. Need to work on more than 5 requirements on daily basis. Even though you work for 3-4 requirements management will ask you to work for more and if you are unable to work more then they will do point out in daily meeting. Even they don't have job boards and asking for the results. They have all implementation clients TCS, WIPRO, APEX, Altimetrix, Tek systems and many more and direct clients as well. But the recruiters count is not more than 4 people. need to support all the requirements. If any one wants to screw up them self and screw up their career you may happily join.
