      Good job but some drawbacks

      Pros

      Every editor or leader I worked for was very supportive and encouraging. I felt like my creativity was valued and I could explore ideas I had.

      Cons

      Low pay and not a lot of wiggle room for pay increases. Not alot of flexibility to move up in the company. Very few jobs open up.

      Pros

      The people I work with are great. We get decent benefits and they pay mileage and are generally really adaptable. But don’t expect any bonuses, raises, etc.

      Little room for growth in pay
