Technical excellence and a focus on systems and processes

Panagora prides itself on the technical excellence of its work and provides home office technical backstopping to support its field projects with in-house expertise. It is innovative and at the cutting edge in its CLA and MEL work. Although still a small business, Panagora has big company systems and processes, another important support for field projects.

Cons

As a small business growing rapidly, while the systems and processes are in place to facilitate work, the level of home office staffing to support its growth is lagging a bit behind.

Work-life balance suffers because perfection is expected at all times Management plays favorites and doesn't trust staff enough Pay is low for junior staff with little room for growth Voices aren't always heard You have to constantly prove yourself Very hard to change positions or grow into a different role

The company is growing, always hiring, and the future looks stable.

Cons

As soon as the honeymoon phase passes, you realize what everyone said in the previous reviews was all true. It is better to be unemployed than to work here to ruin your career. There is no trust in their employees, micromanaged like crazy, you have to suck up to the "family," no understanding, fear, no kindness, no leadership, threats, stress, no one's future is safe, anyone can be let go for any reason at any time, and biggest of all no personal space, no personal time, no life-work balance.
