-fantastic staff, technically and non-technically -receptive leadership encouraging feedback and letting that feedback inform decisions big and small -diverse staff that demonstrate how connecting different people leads to better work -representative leadership that care -inclusive community that gives staff a chance to grow, if they take the initiative -exposure to many roles within development, technical and management
