Good benefits but not the best I've ever had. Very nice people at all levels of the company.

Cons

I was expected to be able to be contacted on my personal phone 24/7 and frequently had to work multiple 12 and 15 hour shifts in a row. I would have a day off and my manager would text me and tell me that I needed to go in to work because the area director might stop by. But they never came. Worked a 10 hour shift on my only day off for no reason. Also they won't hire or promote heavy set people. They prefer not to hire whites or blacks and stick mostly to Asian and Hispanic.

Mostly everyone is so accepting and so nice and will help you learn what things are right and what are wrong, Yes it is stressful at times due to the people coming in a lot, however i enjoy working here the people are so nice and so are the co workers and when i can make a guest smile it is the best and I love how I can be me without being worried about being judge.

Cons

People tend to take advantage of the rules and not listen to when specific things happen, however they will get the job done and if it is not done right, i'll go over it and just share to them they need to have the steamtable looking

Pay / benefits are great.

General manager are labor worker, cooker, dish washer, maintenance, control profit, cleaner -parking lot , gum too. Scored 99% on everclean, still company complain. General manager never have family life, if you work on your off day and leave early another day they have associate to call HR. Associate thank of manager as part of labor worker. customer rude,say anything to get FREE FOOD, customer complained about a saying of fortune cookie. NO RESPECT TO MANAGER
