- company takes time to invest in your own personal growth - free employee meals - challenges your way of thinking - many opportunities for bonuses to get you into 6 figures - promotions based on who’s earned it, not who’s been there longest - a lot of support from upper management.
Cons
- at the management level, work/life balance is tough. 50-60 hours a week - base pay is low for management - coaching can be tough, but if you have had any strict athletic training, you should be fine.
