Pros
Panda certainly pays a lot, good starting salary, but high requirements to make bonus. Good strict rules on food safety.
Cons
The overall culture is cut-throat. It's a private company, owned by a single family, and the head huncho is a 80 yr self-imagined king. And the middle managements will do anything to make him happy, because he makes them rich based on the hard work of ordinary crew. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Procedures often change at the boss's whim.
