Cons

Management is strict because the ACO is strict. Not a very employee friendly atmosphere.

none horrible place management sucks they have my friend working as manager position and not paying her manager pay kitchen is always dirty from what i can see from the front counter

Pros

Competitive pay compared to other fast food companies. Raise every 6 months Very flexible with scheduling You can be promoted very quickly if you kiss up

Cons

Low and inconsistent hours. Favoritism is present. New rules occasionally implemented by corporate mostly just make your job harder. LOTS of strict rules that lead to write ups and termination . Very low raises sometimes. Did I mention the inconsistent hours? As in, one week you could work 25(+)hrs and 10(-) the next. Customer service, as you know, can be... testing at times NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP TIPS
