      Almost too fast-paced, busy all the time, sometimes breaks are hard to come by, working 6 days a week

      Bonus and benefits were much higher than industry peers. Was fortunate enough to have 2 great leaders as my boss. Superb corporate support center staff who went all out to assist your needs with friendliness and integrity. Fairly reasonable career advancement opportunities. Great cross functional career transition assistance opportunities

      Mediocre hourly crew/hourly manager pay rate, kitchen workload and learning curve can be steep and very laborious, consensus suggests the proliferation of sweet talkers getting promoted to higher positions have escalated. Upper management have tendency to force feed a certain behavioral mode or practices to subordinates during senior management store visits. Implicit coercion/threat is common practice to get people to attend certain philosophical functions advocated by the company at your own costs
