      very easy to move up in ranks if you show good work and dedication. starts at 9$.

      Cons

      if you are looking to be a Person In Charge (next rank after Counter Help), you will be given manager duties and pretty much run the store. The store manger has virtually any responsibilities because you will be doing them all. Whether this is a pro or a con is how you think of it.
