Fast career advancement if you put in the good work. Free meals and continuous training. Opportunity to earn bonuses throughout the year.

Cons

Definitely pay. PX doesn't raise the pay and it stays somewhat stagnant. Also, working hours are extremely demanding. We are expected to show up to work even on our days off.
