      - Hours were pretty flexible, management will give you as many or as little as you need as long as you stress it to them - The pay is fairly good - Coworkers are very fun to be with and make the experience great

      Cons

      - We were very short staffed on many days and I would be pressured to come in on days I wasn't scheduled - Specific manager always left employees to open and close store and rarely showed up to work on many days - If management sees that you are good, they will definitely take advantage of you and rely on you to come in all the time and help the store - Our team felt unorganized due to the lack of people on our team especially in the front and rushes were a mess
