      Pros

      Friendly and involved co-workers. Free lunch if you work more than 6 hours. They cross-train you and encourage you to learn all the different tasks in working inside the restaurant.

      Cons

      Random inspections from regional managers. They are never satisfied and nitpick on the smallest details.

      The bonuses, the travel, the CEOs, VPI, the suppor center team, missions and values, the landmark classes, Hawaii trip every two year

      Cons

      Middle and senior management are grotesque and will do anything to look good while telling you, it's not about looking good. Some peers make up stories to make you look bad and for themselves to look good just to take heat off them. Upper management work 5-6PM but gm and District managers close 4 nights a week. One ZVP always say she is real and authentic and she is not, she talk about you if she don't like you to other people Gave a bad reference to former associate of company to stop me from getting job which is illegal. Very vindictive and know it all. ZVP is worst leader I ever work for along with new RDOs who act for her. Stay out west or go out west if you want to succeed. I relocated and never should have because the best leaders are on the west coast.

      -great benefits if you're there over a year -flexible hours -opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      -monthly meetings with managers from other stores, it's a waste of time -have to take tests to advance
