      Pros

      You have to drink the kool-aid but if you do and you do what they say you will go far and be great.

      Cons

      Felt a little discriminated against as a white male. Everyone who was an AM, GM, MUM, ACO or higher was a woman and or a minority. I felt I was clearly a better candidate in the running for different promotions and was denied in favor of someone who was far less qualified.

      Pros

      Lots of education. They will provide you the tools to elevate your knowledge in your personal and professional life.

      Cons

      While they are more worried about your personal development, they also more worried about the sales and financial without providing any stuffing help. So the pressure now Education, financial goals as well as covering shifts.

      Pros

      The pay is not bad but it is not enough for what you do, the bonus is nice though. They also give you a free meal for lunch.

      Cons

      Stressful company to work for and the CEO'S are greedy they charge 7 dollars for food that is only worth $2?, they charge a 1.25 for honey walnut shrimp it is ridiculous. There is room to grow... but most of the people that are in charge tend to be asian. I feel bad for management because they are always pressured to sell more.
