      Pros

      The company works very well with its workers and the owners get to know who you are. People consider your schooling and is an overall good company.

      Cons

      Difficult working. It is hard work, and you may be told you are working 11-5:30 but if a rush comes in you will be asked to stay until its over or not even realize since you are so busy and next thing you know its 8:30. Under appreciated by people, they expect A LOT from you.

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people. The company wants to be a positive force in their employees lives - and they really mean to do good.

      Cons

      Cult like feeling. One of us...one of us...you really really better like the company culture. If you do not you will be miserable here.
