Pros

Give people a chance to grow from the very bottom. Good pay from OT and Bonus. Benefits plan is good. A lot of room to grow and money if you are the "type" the company/upper management are looking for.

Cons

Long hours with heavy physical which is not good for health in long run. Subtle discriminate certain type of people which makes it hard to recruit candidates to be successful in the company considering the nature of the duties required to do for the job/position. Smart educated good looking candidates rarely are interested in the job that requires heavy physical, irrational requirements/subtle discrimination

Get free food when you are working and 20% off when you are not.

Cons

Only a ten minute break to eat. I recommend getting your food laid out with a drink and then clock out. They let me do that without any problems.

Generous leadership training and self improvement package. If you're looking for serious career, this could be the place as promotions are constant.

Cons

Cult-like culture, either you fit in, pretend to fit in, or you're swatted out. Absolutely no work-life balance due to high turn over rate and employees calling in sick on your day offs.
