10 minute breaks if you work 6 hours (most employees)or less, which doesn't give you enough time to eat or fully stretch and recuperate after running round in circles all day,poor management, unfair treatment, rude customers, improper training on how to handle angry customers, no different than other fast food chains, if you work at a panda with younger employees , be prepared for lots of he said she said and hater coworkers teaching you how to do things improperly

Very long hours, if we were too busy you would be called back from your break early, multiple times I worked 10-12 hour shifts with only one 20 minute break, the manager was very influenced by personal feelings and if she didn't like you you would be passed over for a raise (after 15 months I was told that i would get a promotion and instead it was given to a server who had only been there for 3 months., very high turnover rate.
