      More than questionable ties to a well documented cult.

      Pros

      Anyone position below GM isn't taken to an online cult seminar (the landmark forum).

      Cons

      GMs and higher are pushed to fall in line with the cult's ideologies that also intermingle with the companys own. The landmark forum is a known and well documented cult. They are essentially a knock-off scientology. There are hundred pages of documentation by several large universities whoms professors studies them as a modern day cult. Panda has been sued and lost to this in the past, and continue to do it in another form, which is utterly disappointing.

      Pros

      Easy to get hired because they are short staffed but that's not really a pro lol

      Cons

      It wasn't hard to get hired and they are so nice and welcoming to you in the beginning, but once you are officially working for them they show their true colors. What they say about Panda having a strong essence of FAMILY is just to entice people to want to work there, but in reality, they don't really practice the things they preach. They ask too many personal questions and want to confuse your brain with never ending questions of why, how, when, why and what and who and etc. Not worth applying a job for.

      IT team has no idea what they're doing

      Pros

      A good 20 people actually do work whereas the rest of the IT department get paid simply to exist. Promotions given based on time and nepotism. Performance reviews are random

      Cons

      Lots of older associates that don't know the restaurant industry that pretend to work.
