      No Career Path for Advancement (across multiple departments) Lots of Meetings and Surveys to try and improve communication, but no real substance Extremely Limited Internal Promotion Options Far Too Much 'Belief' in External Consultants

      The Pay , benefits , my team

      SM , RM , DM , HR . They all suck ! All white over privileged females who are absolutely tone deaf to the needs of the employees . O & O is completely out of wack and disorderly. Rules (or guidelines as they like to call them , apparently so SM can decide whether she follows them for herself or not ) and policies always changing , no development plan in place .
