      Good size company. Fast Growth.

      Cons

      Infrastructure is weak. From Distribution, to Payroll, to IT, to Benefits, to Hiring - everything is non functional. Even Store design is weird. They have remodeled stores that do not work for the business they anticipate. They over communicate and under deliver, and things that the home office wants they expect immediately, while things the stores need to have to function (locks, keys, merchandise, lights, etc) have no urgency whatever.

      Great pay, diverse and challenging work experience.

      Cons

      The Company's expectations were constantly changing and at times unachievable. The never-ending stress and continuous threats toward the possible loss of job, took away the joy of working. Having had the opportunity to have worked with the company when it was privately owned and then be absorbed as an employee of their public version, it was nerve wreaking how you never felt safe or appreciated. The Company has kept their revolving employee replacement methods, ruining people's lives and self-esteem.
