Pros

Fast-paced, day goes by quickly. Benefits are reasonable, especially for Managers. Good vacation policy. Food is always good.

Cons

Managers are stuck in position too much. Low pay for employees and no tipping policy for cashiers and bussers. No work-life balance, never 2 days off in a row or any rotating weekends! Required to work on days off, whether it's a meeting or trying to catch up with work you could do on your shift, except you were stuck in position all day. Pay is low compared to other Restaurants in the area.

Pros

Community oriented, decent hours compared to most in the restaurant business, very good business model and easy to understand, great benefits

Cons

Not as employee oriented as they were previously, became very money hungry in the later years, took away paid double time on holidays,
