Pros

Good interaction with coworkers, ability to customize your work schedule, free leftovers from the bakery (my favorite part-great for a college student)

Cons

Inconsistent management with a very high turnover, low pay, lots of rude customers, not enough cross-training (would have helped cashiers to learn how to make sandwiches so that they would know elaborate menu items), grueling busy work. I'm sure many of the problems were due to my specific location and not indicative of the entire company.

Pros

Tips for catering, flexible hours, employee of the month, good discount (65%) on meals, free coffee, tea, and soda.

Cons

Managerial staff was not good. They did not recognize the bullying going on in the cafe regardless of how many times I went to them with the issues I was having. Instead they would recognize the person doing the bullying as being hard working. The management would also often goof off and set bad examples for the staff.
