Pros

Initially very friendly, acceptable learning curve, flexible scheduling, can take a break as long as there's a short or no line. Every staff meeting is a chance for a prize.

Cons

New manager constantly screws up and we get blamed. Will usually require an impossible task to be done before breaks or end of shift. Coworkers are late. Feels like high school all over again.

Pros

Strong diversity for a first job. Easy for advancement if at the right location. Great opportunity to meet people

Cons

Depending on your franchise. There is a lack of raises. Lack of employee incentives. And no benefits until management level. Stress level is high. Turnover is high because employees are asked for more and paid less where guy down the street has more to offer.

Pros

Fair management, good discount when working, upstanding company, by the book

Cons

Gross -it's food after all, long hours, it's not fun opening up at 5 am, not a fun atmosphere to work in, low pay, not much employee recognition
