Pros

Good employee discount on food, we can take home baked goods at the end of the day.

Cons

Pay was awful, $8.50 an hour before taxes. Managers would always schedule me with conflicting hours. Closing was tedious. Must have anxiety to work on the food line, they expect you to have every order ready in under three minutes. Also, I recommend you don't eat here too often if you work at Panera. All of my co-workers said they gained a lot of weight since working there. Soups and the Mac & cheese are from bags. Worst of all, this company wastes SO MUCH FOOD.

Pros

A lot of companies promise to treat you like family, Panera does a really great job of that. There are Bread Bash meetings monthly where everyone learns about new promotions and eats together, we sing, we promote our family members good points. Lot's of possible growth at the company, and Free Bread

Cons

Panera wants you to engage with the guests, and become friends with them....but keep it under 5 minutes
