      I really thought I'd enjoy it until I met the people working there and got to know how replaceable they felt I was

      Pros

      Got to work with other people and experience team work, met some work oriented people, learned alot about working in a restaurant

      Cons

      Not enough training, bad trainers who were not demoted even after telling me that I should "hide" charges from customers, employees fired on spot without warning, inappropriate language around women associates and near customers in dining room, Management heard and did nothing about, associates lied about food temperature; line was always a mess, dirty office

      Pros

      Strong presence in the community across the country. Good benefits and in-office perks. Clean environment. Generally nice co-workers in the building.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments, emphasis on work quantity over quality, does not reward exceptional employees or work to retain them at all. Company growing too fast without building strong foundation.

      Pros

      Coworkers and flexibility. There is room for advancement for very hard workers, who are willing to sacrifice their weekends, nights and holidays. The company profits are up and have been for a while and they are growing quickly.

      Cons

      ALWAYS looking to cut cost at employee expense. Everything is done to minimize cost without consideration for employees. Labor cost are monitored every hour and if business is down, you will get your hours cut. Most employees are worked under the amount of hours a week so you wont qualify for any vacation. There is no sick pay and very little benefits
