Pros

Panera offers you a good employee discount for meals when you are working, as well as you get to take home more bread then you could possibly consume.

Cons

Panera in my experience was a managerial nightmare, there was no communication between shift leads, assistant managers, and the general manager. My general experience with customers was that they were generally rude and quick to anger.

Pros

Baking position is almost entirely night shift. Generally give 40 hours a week. They offer health benefits. Work is generally monotonous enough in complexity.

Cons

You work in a two man crew, and catering orders come in last second that are usually ill supplied for.
