Pros

Decent discount and benefits for full-time workers, you have the opportunity to learn a lot about the products and company. You also have the benefit of working in a team oriented environment, where you meet lots of new and exciting people.

Cons

Management issues, some of the managers are just out for themselves, and don't care about the employees. Pressures from District Managers causes the Store Managers to put pressure on the associates and create unrealistic goals. Lastly, inconsistency- rules and regulations vary from manager to manager. They claim to have a work/life balance, but when it comes to roles in management, they expect you to live, breathe, and sleep Panera Bread.
