      Pros

      We offer healthier "fast-casual" options than some other fast-food restaurants. We donate our leftover breads to charities every night, so it isn't wasted. Always plenty to do, so it passes the time. And I've met some pretty cool people in my 1.5 years here.

      Cons

      The general work environment can be very intense and harsh during our peak times and you are expected to be perfect or get out of the way. You have to put in a lot of effort(which is ok) but you are rarely, if ever, recognized for your dedication. The pay is lousy. Managers "forget" to give you semi-annual reviews so you never receive raises and if you do, its minuscule. You've pretty much gotta be perfect or you'll be shot to dining room. All in all: too much pressure.

      Pros

      Mostly fun people to work with Learned a lot of great and marketable skills

      Cons

      The company has unrealistic expectations of their employees and the turn out rate is extremely high. 3-4 leave a month on average which include management and high skill jobs. The company itself does not value employee performance and gives very little incentives to stay or perform well. Raises were $.05-$.25 a year for the best employees.

      Pros

      The flexibility around my full-time school schedule is great, the people are generally good, and getting free food has significantly lowered my grocery bills.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't seem concerned with different aspects of the business, such as cash accountability. Tend to be understaffed and turnover is higher than normal.
