      EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND JOB IS HORRIBLE!!! Long hours with no rewards for doing a good job. My store and the company lets the customers walk all over you and they are rude and nasty 24/7 with no real support from management. You work long and boring tiresome hours with no release and you are treated like your stuck in kindergarden prison. Management sucks and don't care about any concerns you have and they choose favorites all the time. They let you sit in the same position ringing up rude and nasty customers all day every day. If you leave this store and come back you may have a better chance of being promoted if you know somebody. Management has too many attidudes about favorites and not fair to everybody else. They leave you on the register longer than necessary and you are late leaving because they don't care. I'm SO GLAD IM NOT WORKING FOR PANERA ANYMORE!!!!

      Pros

      Great bonus program for top performers. It makes all of the extra effort put forth worth it. You feel truly rewarded. Message of the company is that they only want people that will show true passion for the work they do, and towards the customers they serve.

      Cons

      Sometime administrative demands are hard to complete because of lack of time to be able to commit to it.
