Pros

You can work at your own pace and take the time to talk to customers.

Cons

It can be difficult working with the management on what to make for that day. Takes some getting used to.

Pros

The People you work with are alright . And the training is very helpful the benefits are better than some places. Some days can be good and your regulars are always nice to see. You grow close to your team so it's hard to leave.

Cons

Management is bad, and over worked. They can't get people to stay. The raises are bad they are once a year and about 10 cents. People put each other down, and they don't appreciate their employees. Hard to move up if you're older. upper management doesn't know what is going on in any of the stores.

Pros

There were a lot of people my age and I made a lot of good friends working there.

Cons

Too much work and responsibility was placed on the associates without enough of a compensation
