Pros

clean work enviroment, good people to work with

Cons

always making more paperwork but no one ever read it, very slow on making decisions,, constantly changing how to run things but providing little time to do it. Always made to feel like were not doing a good job by the DM. Training staff always contradicting themselves

Pros

Good Co-workers Sixty Five Percent off when you are working (fifty when you aren't) Free leftovers Easy to learn Simple

Cons

The management at Panera is A solid 2 on a scale to ten, all of the managers are fine people. They just all hate each other. Each shift is wildly unpredictable since none of the management are sure what is going on in the store since they never communicate efficiently (without passive aggressive quips). Otherwise, don't expect the laid back atmosphere of a cafe, this place is as packed as McDonalds at lunch rush. It's really just a fancy subway. It is a strenuous job sometimes but the rushes make the time pass a little quicker at least.
