Pros

No other place to work, then Panera is better than nothing. But other than that, for managers benefits are okay.

Cons

Hard to get time off, weekends off. Too many policies to follow and way too high standards but Panera doesnt spend enough money on labor to meet them. Too stressful and a salary manager works above 50 hours a week.

Pros

They gave off whenever you requested it. On a personal level most coworkers were nice The job was easy and paid a little above minimum wage

Cons

The place was a nightmare to work. Managers at the top of the food chain were jerks and this caused a trickle down effect. Good work was never rewarded and the perks sucked. Half price for their ridiculously priced foods on an unpaid break. They used to make us do the paperwork even though it was their job. Management was given to those who played the politics, or those who the bosses liked as their friends. All in all the best thing I ever did was quit.
