Pros

Co-workers are nice and fun. Some customers are nice and fun.

Cons

Managers spread private/confidential info about associates. Scheduling manager schedules people to work even when they're not available to. Pay sucks. Been with the company for 7 years and am making $1 above minimum wage. Raises went from every 6 months to every year and the raise amount is still the same. Managers have favorites. Busy rushes. No recognition for above and beyond work.

Pros

benefits - fairly good insurance, schedule - one of the only restaurant companies that I know of that M-F is the busy time, if you are the "it" manager you work 80% days and only 1 weekend shift, DAYS in the restaurant business!!!

Cons

Very, very hard work. The computer system is outdated and worthless - it goes down all the time. I have never seen anything like it from such a succesful company. They are always changing things and are EXTREMELY POOR about communications!!!!!!
