      No longer a great company to work for

      Pros

      HR team is great, and tries to do activities to keep employees connected. Used to be a great company to work for until DOGE began cancelling contracts, so for almost a year now it has been mayhem.

      Cons

      Top leadership and management is a total mess. Constant lay offs for skilled workers without much thought into what will actually help survive the company. Scrambling to get tasking done just for it to change the next day, no clear direction. Expect anyone to work outside of normal hours at any time.
