Pros

Great company with a clear focus on helping solve tough government challenges. Leadership Team is fantastic to work with treating employees with the utmost respect. It was fun working with a team excited about delivery and program execution.

Cons

As the company grows, they're competing with ultra large GovCon companies which creates challenging pursuits and innovative BD strategies. (That might be a Pro for some people though!)

Pros

If you thrive in high-tempo environments where expectations are high and the mission matters, this is the place. The company attracts some of the most driven, technically savvy, and creative minds I’ve worked with. There's a strong sense of ownership across teams, and the bar for delivery is unapologetically high, which I appreciate. I’ve also found a strong sense of camaraderie. People care about the work, support each other, and want to get better. HR and recruiting have been great..

Cons

It’s not a “coast and collect” kind of place. Things move fast, and priorities shift based on real-world demands.

Pros

• Some talented individuals at the working level doing their best under difficult circumstances. • Decent benefits package before the layoffs.

Cons

• Poor business strategy driven by overly confident and disconnected leadership in particular the CEO. • SVP of Navy publicly expressed confidence in contract stability during a town hall—stating the option year was awarded and new work was on the horizon. Just days later, nearly 200 employees were laid off without warning and no severance. • This sudden and contradictory move raises serious concerns about transparency, honesty, and ethics. • Leadership appears more focused on maintaining appearances than addressing operational or contractual risks. • Bridge-burning tactics and a general lack of accountability create a toxic and unstable work environment. • Rampant lack of communication and an unwillingness to share critical information until it’s too late.
