      They employ a lot of people in Florida now.

      Everything else.I just can’t even. Why was I forced to leave Maximus? They were the best.

      Pros

      Great people. Amazing teams to work with. I worked on or with many of them. The benefits are great compared to the industry and the pay is on par with market for the most part. Good opportunities to grow if you prove capable.

      Cons

      The usual challenges with a growing company. Working to evolve the culture more each year. Can feel isolated from the company if working on a project away from DC.

      Pros

      None. Genuinely, none. As others have noted it’s run by “good ole boys”. There is zero thought into who is let go and who is kept and why. Sometimes they end up laying someone off and then hiring them back once they realize “whoops we actually needed them”.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Starts at the top (ceo) and trickles down.
