Top Commissions, Great Management

Pros

I've worked for Panco Managment for over 3 years and have been very happy with all aspects of my job and management. The commissions are based on a scale, not a set amount per lease, so I get almost double the commissions as my previous company paid out. The salary is very competitive and their are great health benefits. There is much room for growth as I have just been promoted to Assistant Property Manager at my property.

Cons

- Unable to advance your career - Salary is well underpaid - PTO is the bare minimum - Health insurance does not cover you most of the time - Toxis upper management

Great company culture, environment and leadership. I love the team I work with, and everyone I have encountered has been lovely and professional. The company offers competitive salary and benefits. This is a company I will invest my future with.

Cons

There really isn't any downtime so be prepared to work hard!
