Pros

I enjoyed the free pizza, maybe too much. And their dough is something to be proud of, unmistakable if you've ever tried their classic breadsticks.

Cons

They suffer from an issue that seems all too prevalent in business today, but the feeling that you can never perform well enough only results in the loss of quality people. It's imperative that companies come to realize that though they should never stop searching for additional revenue or effective ways to cut costs, there IS a market share and a level of profits to be satisfied with so that it builds a culture for their employees to feel successful. Stop letting the requests for more, more, more by your shareholders result in compromising all the values that had originally made you successful.

Pros

High paying tips in good areas, the people you work with are mostly nice.

Cons

only two uniforms issued, must pay for uniforms, zero water fountains, below minimum wage on the road, no insurance company will cover you while driving, if you get in an accident they will fire you, the computers you use are beyond old and so is the software like literally 1995, no such thing as a raise, secret shops are a waste of time!

Pros

Somewhat flexible hours. Although, expect to work friday nights and on certain high demand days such as Valentine's Day, Superbowl, Halloween, Black Friday, etc... Getting paid in cash each day is nice. Generous employee discount (50% ). Pay can be decent for drivers - depending on the store and season, and I would not recommend delivering with a gas guzzler.

Cons

You are treated like just another warm body by Management. Poor Leadership. No time for anything. Those darn pizzas just keep coming! On some very busy nights, when there is a shortage of workers (and you can count on that happening). You will experience a major break down in the order of operations. Complete chaos sometimes. Order takers get the order wrong, Preparers put the wrong toppings on, Some other driver takes your order, etc. The result is that you will have to deliver late, cold pizza due to no fault of your own. Not fun having to face disappointed and hungry customers!
