      Solid company and corporate structure. Flexible hours. Great environment

      Cons

      Not a long term solution or a job that you can retire from. Imagine working 40 years making pizzas that may cause arthritis. On your feet having to manage teenagers

      Pros

      If you like call centers then Papa Johns is state of the art and provides better hands on resources then most.

      Cons

      Work-life balance however is not good. Too many hours, not enough of a life outside work. Very poor training for employees. One of the worst health care plans I've ever had.
