easy job, friendly work atmosphere, free/discount pizza, they actually give you performance reviews and act on them, the way deliveries were split up for drivers was fair

Cons

gets very hectic sometimes, often times work with multiple high schoolers who have no real work ethic (but there are a couple good ones sometimes too)

Pros

Consistent Income as a Driver. Harder you work, the more you make. You for the most part can choose your hours, which is nice.

Cons

Very under staffed typically, work ya to the bone, Hot inside (typical for pizza place). The POS system is horrible.

Pros

They really do stand by there motto of better ingredients and better pizza. It made me very interested in food and food quality. Every level of employee took pride in the products they made. A pretty fun place to work, as long as you could forget about the stupid things that happen.

Cons

No overtime, no exceptions. The assistant manager position was terminated, at least in my area, and that put too much weight on the General Manager's shoulders as the only salaried position. Not only that, but shift managers are given too much responsibility than they have time for. It's almost as if we were expected to work at home, off the clock, just to help the GM.
