It can be a good income per hour.
Cons
Leaders don't spend the time training team members. Then hold those team members accountable when the situation fails. Drugs. The use of drugs in store and by employees is ridiculous. Nothing is done about it, it's simply ignored. And because it is ignored it attracted individuals who use and sell drugs. Leader have no goals or if they do it's not communicated to those below them. Clicks are formed and if you not in the right click you can be singled out, mistreated. Violations and even criminal offenses are over looked. If you do work at Pj's I'd recommend just short stay and then get out.
