      Pros

      Sometimes you get free pizza. During rushes, deliveries are plenty, about 3 an hour for the fast drivers. Sliding scale of 80 cents - 120 cents in gas money per delivery.

      Cons

      Delivery drivers required to clean up store at end of night because of their lower 'labor' hourly wage. Really late hours in a college town, some nights we closed at 3 and you could be in the store till 4-4:30am.

      flexible schedule, throwaway job, if you have no skills this is one of the companies to woork for.

      Pros

      Papa Johns offers great employee discounts. Their discounts included fifty percent off on any items on the regular menu prices. Also family members were able to use the same discount. Being a team member was easy especially when the store had slow business.

      Cons

      The managers expected too much out of the employees. Another downside was not giving the employees enough breaks. Some of the employees were treated unfairly and the hourly salary was minimum wage. Some of the managers were unreasonable.
