Pros

Papa Johns offers great employee discounts. Their discounts included fifty percent off on any items on the regular menu prices. Also family members were able to use the same discount. Being a team member was easy especially when the store had slow business.

Cons

The managers expected too much out of the employees. Another downside was not giving the employees enough breaks. Some of the employees were treated unfairly and the hourly salary was minimum wage. Some of the managers were unreasonable.

Pros

Free Food. Lots and lots of free food. A great group of people co-workers that genuinely enjoy their job. If you have a good GM, it's somewhere that people look forward to going, every day. As a driver your job primarily consists of driving, listening to music, being nice to customers and helping out in the store.

Cons

Gas money. It destroys your car very quickly. Expect to replace your breaks every 2 years, your tires every year to year and a half, and a different car every 3 years. You'll drive 3,000 miles a month, easily, if you work full time.
