The income was the minimum at the time, they offered mileage reiumbesement and let you keep 100% of tips. They were great on rainy days or super bowl days. It gave me enough to pay my part of my bills while still living with my parents. I recommend this job to college students looking for something to work on while they complete their studies, but don't stay longer than a year.

Cons

False growth opportunities. The only option to do well is to buy your franchise but that requires a huge amount of capital to begin with. Sometimes the schedule would suck and they would only give me 2hrs per day.

Fast paced action with a ton of cross functional collaboration. Pay is decent, good advancement opportunities, and a very good team culture.

Cons

Can be hard to take a day off and check out to refresh in certain roles. The company is trying to grow but unwilling to adapt pay in some lower-level store positions to match competitors.
