Nothing at all. Absolutely nothing

Cons

This company touts that it's Christian. When I think Christian, I think kind, compassionate, etc. This place is none of that. This company offers no training and no direction from directors down. If they want you gone, they contrive a bad review and then fire you, making you sign a form that you don't sue them in order to get your last paycheck. Not very Christian at all!!

Pros

If you are lucky enough to end up with a good project manager or project engineer then you will learn a lot. PD has done a good job about getting great projects that are unique and interesting. Again you have to be lucky enough to be on the teams that get the interesting projects.

Cons

Vice-presidents talk and treat you like your 13. Don't expect to go out in the field or have any communication with contractors. You will not have any hands on experience. No flexible schedules, no head buds, slow computers.

Good Benefits, Tickets to local events, Good pay, New Building

Cons

Work you to death, Would rather hire outside the company than promote within, Some workers move up fast only because of how much overhead likes them not based on work load at all, No actual job description so you could end up scrubbing toilets one day because hey there's no set job description for anyone
