Pape-Dawson reviews

Pape-Dawson used to be a great company to work for. Very family oriented and Christian. However, in the last couple of years, they got in bed with an investment firm to start expanding nationwide, buying up several companies across the South. The entire dynamic of the company has changed, and senior management seems to only care about the bottom line. Some of the newly hired senior managers don't understand the dynamic of Texas, much less San Antonio. The environment became very corporate, and the feel of family is long gone. I was very sad to leave this company, but I could no longer stand the new environment.
