Thank you for your review, I am so pleased to hear you’re enjoying your time at PaperCut. We’ve been working hard over the course of 2022/23 to establish the right level of leadership to support faster and more effective decision-making. As we become more comfortable with our company strategy and our roadmap, I’m hopeful those leaders will feel more empowered to be more decisive. I can appreciate how that is likely to impact our PaperCutters’ experience. Global connection and mobility are personal passions of mine and I’ve had a number of conversations with the Talent team on how we can improve in that space over the coming months. I got a chance in my early career to work overseas and it shaped me a lot. I developed a global view, and passion for new areas.
