High Turnover (It's a restaurant full of college and hs students)

The first two months I worked there the management staff made fun of me. Finally I found out, and the KM laughed in my face about it. I wasn't part of the favorite group, so I didn't get slid tables. I would come in and open every shift, and would not get a table for two plus hours. Others would come in after and have two sometimes three tables before I ever got one. Managers dated employees, and those employees did whatever they wanted. Some of the managers are cool, but most treat you like garbage. Those that are perceived as weak are relentlessly tormented.
